“Schultz Builders is your total outdoor living solution,” says Joey. “We’re family-owned and our
turn-key approach equips us to handle everything from design and permitting to construction
and renovation. We specialize in creating outdoor living spaces where your friends and family
can enjoy our rustic-timber structures, custom pools, and outdoor kitchens and patios.”

Joey grew up building and has been in construction for 18 years. Since 2007, he’s been running
his own show, expertly leading construction and installation teams throughout the Tampa Bay
area. He’s originally from southern California, was schooled in Nevada, and specializes in
bringing heavy-timber craftsmanship and custom outdoor living designs to St. Pete’s coastlines
and neighborhoods.

As a local, Nikki loves the St. Pete’s lifestyle and has been exposed to residential home building
for years with family members in real estate, engineering and solar power design and
installation. As a business- woman, she’s a stickler for quality, believes in headache-free
projects, and makes all our jobs run seamlessly–by providing every client with exceptional
behind-the-scenes support, invoicing and administration.
